Default Attack skills

I understand what an attack skill is, but am not sure if certain things fall under that category. For example, Moebius Strike will recharge all your attack skills. So using it on a target below 50% health will recharge skills like Twisting Fangs, but not Shadow Refuge. However, some skills are listed on wiki as just a skill. Since they deal damage, and count as an attack, do they get recharged by Moebius?

[iron palm][impale]

Do either of those get recharged if Moebius Strike is used correctly?

If it says "Attack" in it, it will recharge.

Just like [skill]Mending Touch[/skill] which is a "spell" though you have to "touch" with it so therefore it is affected by a Rangers Expertise just like all other touch skills but not spells.

i believe iron palm will recharge since it counts as a lead attack but impale will not becuase nothing in its description says anything about it being an attack skill. i'm not 100% sure on either of them, though. try it on master of damage.

Palm Strike Target touched foe takes 10...70 damage. This skill counts as an off-hand attack.

If it says attack it is an attack. If the skill you are using uses your weapon it is an attack.

If the skill type is an attack (ie one requiring your weapon), then it is an attack skill. Neither of those skills have that type.

Iron Palm isn't an attack, since you're just shoving the enemy from you, not attacking them with your pointy weapons.

The first thing it says in the skill descitpion is what type of skill that skill is, the only ones which are described as "attack skills" are:

-Lead Attack
-Off-hand Attack
-Dual Attack
-Melee Attack
-Axe Attack
-Sword Attack
-Hammer Attack
-Scythe Attack
-Bow Attack

Also skills with "Elite" preceding the above skill types.
They are the skills that count as "attack skills" its quite easy to see what type of skill a skill is.

Hope this helps.
